Topic: Error on buying a ps5 through Sony

I’m new to the forums but was hoping I could get someone familiar with Sony’s website. I was having this error when trying to order the PlayStation 5, and I would like to not encounter it again with when the time arises. I don’t how much more torment my little heart can take.

I’m not sure how to post a picture but the error says
There was an issue with your payment information. Please check payment info and try again. Contact your issuing bank if the problem persists.

Then there’s an ok button.

This might sound dismissive but have you tried contacting your bank?

Is it a credit card?

Sorry for the late reply. I did they said they didn’t see the transaction. :/@TheIdleCritic

It was probably an error of too many transactions at once on Sony’s side. Some are bound to not go through properly. Walmart did the same thing to me when I hit submit the other day.

Just to add, Sony has been having issues with so many people demanding PS5s . Just be patient and you will get thru with them.

Just incase you guys cant find a PS5. I just bought mine from www.ovmnetwork.com .

They always list new tech every week. I am sure that the PS5 will disappear next week. They are a little over priced but if you want to play now that is a great place to get one.
