Topic: FIFA 17 - OT

The FIFA 17 demo released yesterday, and I'm wondering if anyone here downloaded and played it any yet. I played a few games last night, and first things first, it looks really great! I think it plays a little better than the FIFA 16 demo as well which is a bonus. I already have it pre-ordered and paid off from Amazon, so I'm definitely looking forward to the 27th.

I'll be honest in saying the PES 2017 demo gameplay feels a bit nicer than FIFA's, but the overall package still has to sway towards FIFA. FIFA has far more licenses, and I really don't want to deal with PES and option files right now. It also looks great and still plays a pretty solid game of soccer as well.

Has anyone else downloaded the demo yet and/or plan on getting the full release in a couple weeks?

I might pick it up later on down the road. Last FIFA I bought was FIFA 14. Which I still play on occasion.

I downloaded the demo last night and noticed straight away how much it had improved graphically with the new Frostbite engine and noticed how it played a bit better than Fifa 16. I liked what I played of the Journey story mode as well. Getting it bundled with an XB1 S so I get to play it a week early before it hits the shelves.

Was it the now Scottish boss Gordon Strachan talking about Darren Huckerby asked if he was a great goal scorer to which he replied he is great scorer of goals.. Fifa 17 feels like that to me....

I actually can't remember the last FIFA I purchased, but it had to be 08 or 09. I always play the demo, and with it releasing close to so many other sports games, I've always chosen other ones in the end. This year, it's all about FIFA for me....along with WWE 2K17 of course.

As far as The Journey goes, I really wasn't hyped until I watched the video that released along with the demo yesterday. I watched it, and my interest increased a lot! I'm not sure which Premier League team I'm going to choose for Alex Hunter, but I think I'll end up doing Everton or Spurs. I'm excited for the entire game.

Lastly, I'm jealous of the people who get it a week early with the XBOX One S bundle. I'm a Playstation guy, or I'd do that too. Haha

@Thrash13: Yeah that's what it boils down for me right now to many other games that I want more then FIFA 17. WWE 2K17, Mafia III, CoD: MWRM which all have my money going to them at this point.

How do I join? I've tried searching for Push Square FC but it doesn't find anything. Never used pro clubs before
