Topic: Double Dragon or Final Fight on PS4 UK store?

Hi, I am new to the PS4 and for that matter the Playstation system since the last one I had was the PS1. I really liked that console.

Can I somehow get these games on the UK playstation store? I looked but I have found mixed results so far. For example you can get Final Fight: Double Impact but I think thats PS3 only, but Im not sure.

Your out of luck currently, but if either game is released for ps4 let me know and we can co-op it to completion.

I am not sure in the UK (I am in NA) but the arcade version of Double Dragon was released a few weeks ago so check the store. Final Fight is not available though. But Capcom seems to be doing alot of stuff with Sony lately so you never know.

I'm sure there was an article or a mention of it about 5 or 6 weeks ago, but that was the NA store. I actually wrote a post about picking it up. But couldn't find it. If anyone knows differently let me know.

Since adding the PS4 to my network the wifi has almost died. I'm trying to get it working again so I can go and check properly. From what I could see it doesn't seem like its out in the UK.

I have bought Double Dragon for the PS4 as its out in the UK now. Its a very good conversion. £7.99 may seem like a lot but for a good version of this game I think its cheap.

For Final FIght I gave up and bought the Sega CD just for that game (although Terminator for Sega CD is very good indeed and has an epic sound track).

@PAppleyard: IMO the Sega CD version is the best version of Final Fight.

I know the 3 Final Fight games came out on Wii U, but they're not out on PS4 or PS3 at the time. Double Dragon is out on PS3 and PS4 as we speak though. Capcom just needs to make a nice compilation collection game that has many of their classic titles in it...no Mega Man though, as they're already getting a compilation of them, but I'm talking about all of their classics from the NES and up. And also to re-release Ducktales 2 and Chip And Dale's Rescue Rangers...Adventures of Bayou Billy would also be a good one to re-release.

@JLPick: I believe that Final Fight 2 and 3 were SNES exclusives (but with the recent news of Super Star Wars that might not matter anymore) so they probably won't come to PS anytime soon.

Disney games are a bit harder they would have to come up with a deal with Disney, Capcom, and whoever has the rights to Disney games now. If they could have released the original NES Ducktales I think they probably would have with Ducktales Remastered.

I will add here that PS3 does have Double Dragon Neon which is a brilliant game. Feels like and update to the original and definitely feels like it belongs to the series.

Captain Commando, Armored Warriors, The Punisher, Caddilacs and Dinosaurs, Dungeons & Dragons......I would reckon that Capcom made the best beat me ups of any developer.

Konami was great, but they focused more on the multiplayer experience......while I feel Capcom went for a more interesting, story-driven progression, they always had great art direction and captivating environments.
