I'd like to see Drake and Elena from Uncharted and maybe, Sully as well.
I'd like Bayonetta
Leon from Resident Evil
Shevchenko from Killzone
Cloud from FF7
Snake and Boss from MGS
Ezio from Assassins' Creed

There's load to choose from. But that will do for now.

I would hope to see :
Batman from the arkham asylum series
Cole Mcgrath from the Infamous series
Starkiller from Star Wars the Force Unleashed series
Bayonetta from Bayonetta
Alot of characters from the Naruto Shippuuden ultimate ninja series
Alot of characters from Dragonball Z preferably from Ultimate Tenkaichi
The Assassins Creed guy
The girl from Heavenly Sword
Faith from Mirrors Edge
Definitely Lara Croft from Tomb Raider
If possible throw in Soap and Price from the Cod series
Ratchet & Clank
Jak & Daxter
Spiderman
But the most important if you cant get them all would be INFAMOUS, BAYONETTA, AND STAR WARS FORCE UNLEASHED IN MY OPINION
