Topic: how do I install a mod from a USB onto PS3 for Skyrim?

I have been playing Skyrim for a while now and I want to add some mods to my PS3 version of the game. I do not have special edition. I have my test mod that Im trying to get into the game currently on a USB but I am stuck I downloaded it from a PC and put it on the USB. Now I need to get the mod into the PS3 and the game but I do not know how to get it into the PS3 and into the game. Does anyone know how to do this?

Not sure, but if you downloaded it for PC, it might not work on PlayStation. Sony severely limits the amount of mods available on PS4 for Skyrim, so I'm guessing it might be the same for PS3. If anyone knows how to download all those extra mods available on pc to a PS4, I'd love to know how to do it. PC vs. Playstation Skyrim mods seem to be like an ocean vs. a lake.

thanks @Bentley-Ma- I checked out your link and It helped But i still got stuck. it seems I need the package manager to show and for that I need the CFW installed, as near as i can tell that comes from rebug. but the rebug servers have been down since sometime last year and the links don't go anyware I looked for a mirror copy also but could not find one that works. any ideas on how to get past this?
