Topic: Roommate hijacked my PS4

My roommate set himself up on my PS4 with his PlayStation Network account and set as his primary device. I cannot delete his user profile without logging into his account and he is not cooperating. Is there any way of deleting him without doing a factory reset and losing my saved games?
Thanks!

It being his primary console doesn't prevent it from being your primary console too... All it does really is letting other users of the console (i.e. you) play games he owns.
What am I missing?

I have to enter a password to even get on my PS4 and PS5.
That way, when I'm not at home, nobody can access them.

@Gerg53 Transfer your save files to a USB stick (or upload them to the cloud if you're a PS Plus member) and then factory reset the console. After you've re-downloaded and / or re-installed all of your games, copy your save files back over and you won't have lost any progress.
