Remote Play works when all my devices using the same network.
I tried to use my mobile data, hoping i can play while at the mall or something. but it can't connect
I tried enable UPNP and even port forwarding for 9295 (for TCP), and 9296 and 9297 (for UDP).
Not working. I call my ISP, they claim need static IP, offer me a package for it.
Question do i need it or my ISP trying to rip me off. From my knowledge, dont think static IP affect when I open port until the IP changes, but the IP not changing for now. but I still can't access via my mobile data
