Topic: PS4 can't sign in to psn network( account lockout)

Help!!!!! I can't sign in to my ps4 because of a message which says

Cannot sign in.

Either your account has been locked due to multiple failed sign-in attempts, or your password needs to be reset due to security reasons.

If your account has been locked, wait a little while and then try signing in again. If your password has been reset, an email has been sent to my email. Follow the instructions in the email and reset your password.

I have never failed a sign-in attempt and no email was sent to me regarding the fact that i have to reset my password.

Hmm, you might have to contact Sony about that. It's really hard to troubleshoot without all the details, so I'd recommend getting on the phone quickly and calling customer support.

@Colbybrown9 This seems to happening alot lately. You just have to contact Sony either by email or phone.
