Need help! My PS5 suddenly stopped loading any apps or games. It just shows "Please wait". I tried turning off the console, rebooting the PS5 in safe mode, and clearing the cache. But it doesn't work.
Also, if I reset my PS5, does anyone know if I'll lose my game data? (Specifically GT7 if anyone is curious) and if not, does that mean, if I reset the PS5 and sign into my PSN... Download the game, I can continue where I left off in the game?
