Topic: Can't find my family members accounts on PS5

Hello everyone
I hope you're doing great.

I had a PS4 and my family members' accounts were created there (2 kids). Recently, I bought PS5 and completely migrated all my data (users profiles, game data, system settings) to my new PS5. However, only my main accounts (as an adult) were added to the PS5. When I try to add my family members, it keeps asking me to add them via the URL www.playstation.com/acct/family. But when I got there, I already find my kids' accounts there. Even from the PS App, I can see my family members' accounts, but they're not being added to the PS5 console. I didn't try to create brand new accounts for them, as I want to use their existing accounts.

Any idea how to solve this?
Thank you in advance.

@mohammadky82 I had a very similar issue myself, I had created the PS4 kids accounts on the PS4 as local accounts, to fix the issue you need to create PSN accounts for each child, then sign into that PSN account when signed in with the local kid account

Also when you create the kids PSN account they may get blocked instantly, you'll need to contact PSN support to unlock, Live Chat seems the fastest way.
