Topic: Can you merge two accounts if one is offline?

I bought my wife a PS4 for Christmas last year and we created our own profiles on the console. We did not have internet at the time, so we didn't create a PS account. A friend of mine offered to download some games that I wanted, so I created a PS account on the app. He then used my wife's profile to download all the games and that's the profile we started using, but I had been using my profile to play a game before that. Now none of my trophies or game progress are showing on the profile that we use, since its on the other profile. Is there a way I can transfer the game data from the profile without a PS account to the one with a PS account? Thanks for any help and advice in advance.
