Developer Bunnyhug has confirmed its slice-of-life fishing RPG Moonglow Bay will finally be making its way to PS5, PS4 next month. It was first released for Xbox consoles and PC in October 2021, but will now launch for Sony consoles two and a half years later on 11th April 2024. Check out the announcement trailer above.

The PS5 and PS4 ports will come bundled with a new Picture Perfect update, which appears to let you do exactly as its name suggests: take photos within the game and build albums out of them. The main game is all about fulfilling your partner's dying wish to explore the depths of the ocean and discover new aquatic species.

Upon its original release, the game received a Metacritic rating of 63 based on 13 verdicts for the PC version. Rock Paper Shotgun wrote: "The game's story keeps unravelling towards a genuinely tearjerking ending, digging into its themes of community, resilience, and rebuilding in surprising and consistently interesting ways. It keeps a steady, compelling rhythm, switching between the normal fishing and cooking to something more dramatic and then back again. And watching the town slowly come back to life, not despite setbacks but building on what they leave behind, is beautiful."
