The status of DJ Hero developer FreeStyle Games has been in limbo for some time, but the company has announced this afternoon that it "will continue its strong relationship with Activision"

In fact the British studio is already working on a new super-secret project for the publisher, which will be announced in the coming months. Unfortunately, the studio did confirm that it had made 35 positions redundant.

While heartbreaking for those without a job, we're glad FreeStyle is working on a new project. The DJ Hero games are heavily underrated for what they are.
