Oh no, the whole Kurt Cobain thing is back again
No Doubt are suing Activision over their appearance in Band Hero, claiming they have been turned into a "circus act" after their likenesses are available for use in the game's full 60 track line-up. According to No Doubt, their likeness was only supposed to be used in the game's three No Doubt tracks.
Blimey Activision. The one-off thing with Kurt Cobain we kinda got... But for this to happen twice?
