Omg server works again woot server is back on guy's.

wtf!!! this is completely screwed up man!!! paid 70 dollars for a worthless cd.. advertised online play .. but its not ... to laggy the invites are terrible..( i wonder why idiots change an invite system that was toatally fine!!) w@w and mw1 both had better invite systems, i know the technology hasnt gotten worse so why would this be? first map pack should be free to all ps3 user!! FAIR IS FAIR!!

I know and they also changed to using this so called new matchmaking server that crashed today! lol idk why they switched the server to matchmaking now everyone has to wait dang its 3:21pm now and still not fixed yet lol. Man I give up why did I pay for this man I cross my fingers they fix this online for good so it wont crash again. And I dont mind if they take more days to fix it but they are giving us little information. Why dont they vote on either to take more days to fix it for good or fix it and we can play but it might crash again. Man they are dumb this is nuts so many people are frustated today. I got to say though 1 day after its launch and it crashes this is freaking wierd lol I swear it.

I bet Infinity Ward are taking their sweet time sorting out the issue and letting the XBOX people play to their hearts content, becuase Microsoft paid them loads of money to promote the XBOX version and not the PS3 version.

I think it is crazy how they can sell a game knowing that people are going to be playing online like mad, and they dont have the servers ready to take that kind of hammering.

I think Infinity Ward should offer out the next map pack free-of-charge to all the PS3 users as an act of good faith.

Surely Inifinity Ward have an estimated time for completion? They must have gained millions of £/$\'s from sales of the game, so just buy in some decent server equipment and get some decent operations managers to implement it properly.

There are lots of things still wrong with MW2 (invites), but there are a lot of nice new things.

Sort it out once and for all, then we can all get on with playing our games.

Still doesn't work omg! this stinks!!! Last night the last few matches I played it seemed to lagg terribly and now I see the servers went down lol I knew it would cause of the crappy lagg. They should fix this soon just be patient play runescape.com or something in the meantime lol. Man this is so frustating though online going down thats the only reason why I play this game for so many hours.

no because this morning everthing was fine after i downloaded the patch, but after a few hours it messed up. so it is not patch related. I think it is the servers are down or upgrading because the amount of people playing at the same time

Yes you are right. Its that the servers are down I played last night from 5 to 1 am. and both patches installed, 2nd patch installed after 7pm and I played tell 12am. So it is 100% a server downage. Bowling was correct.

Yeah...read Bowling's Twitter dude... Not patch related. They are upgrading servers on their end to accommodate the extra bandwidth. Fixing will not require a patch. Just wait for the servers to come online.

An absolute joke! Im sure you will keep reading the same thing all over the internet, but surely they should have had all this sorted before releasing the game. People have spent hard earned money on this eagerly anticipated game and now we cant even play our friends online!! How about we get our money back and once you have sorted all these problems, and we can ACTUALLY play the game then we will pay for it. I didnt think so.... Sort it out IW!! Atleast let us know what is happening and in the future test before releasing to the paying public!
