I am running on the PS5 and am having this exact same issue. I have had a total of about 15 crashes so far. I even tweeted CD Projekt Red to no avail. Hope a patch comes out soon, really starting to wear thin on my patience. I had one mission that took me about 5 tries to complete due to crashing.
