I logged out of psn but wont sign back in just says cannot connect to server within time limit

My ps4 says failed 2 connect to server in time everytime i try and sign in to psn

So do i my daughter needs 3 hourly feeds so i stay up and play ps4 but cant cos servers are down

I just tried again and it says cannot connect 2 server

If anyone from uk get online can they let me know

Just tried to sign in and it said down for maintenance tried again and it said failed to connect to server anyone else having this problem

Just checked ion ps website and servers are working but still Can't login either on my ps4 in uk
