@get2sammyb it isn't good enough especially if your on next gen & paying for the service ! Not aware of the ins & outs of maintaining a network but I'm not impressed that this wasn't prepared for , high traffic or not it was going to happen with Christmas sales ! Sony seriously need to have a better customer service system even if it is just an up to date Twitter account !!!
