Outhouse 1 is incorrect. That Outhouse is already open. For me I found the Outhouse to be behind the house you come across when you first leave Dimitrescus' Tower after killing her; the one with the typewriter in before you go through the double red doors to get back to the village. It can also be reached when you obtain the crank. You can then lower the drawer bridges (1st one near the ceremony site, hop on the boat, 2nd one is at the end) to reach it.
