My favourite PS2 games I think deserve a remake would be 'Shadow Hearts', 'Shadow of Memories', 'Prince of Persia: Warrior Within', 'Cold Fear', 'Juiced', maybe 'Age of Empires' & the 'Lord of the Rings' games. (although I think there might be licensing issues for LOTR). P.S...& if I forgot to mention any other gems, I can only apologise.
'GALERIANS' is a must! 'Future Cop: L.A.P.D.' would be cool, 'Silent Hill' badly needs a remake & 'Driver', 'Command & Conquer' (maybe?), 'Front Mission 3', 'Legend of Dragoon', 'Parasite Eve', 'Theme Hospital' (maybe) & how can you remake any Resi games & forget 'Dino Crisis'. 'Dino Crisis' is Resi, but with dino's & finally I don't think it needs a remake but can we have another 'Abe's Oddysee' adventure.
