Um... This balance patch is like... nothing. It doesn't fix the fact that 16 is still God-tier and it doesn't fix the fact that Ginyu is still Trash-tier. They buffed Frieza which is nice, but they buffed his strongest attack, his crouching heavy, WHY? Buff some of his other stuff, don't just buff his strongest move that is ALREADY one of the best moves in the game. Underwhelming overall.
