Poor communication is spot on. I changed my hard drive just as this was kicking off so I thought I had wrecked everything by doing so. Even if the website had a traffic light for telling us the status of the service. Red for down green for ok. I relied on your reporting for updates. Thank you. Since the PS4 was released the quality jas been pretty poor. Overpriced store prices, shocking 12 day of christmas sale, poor online service and pretty dreadful day 1 releases - AC Unity/driveclub etc. Oh yes and the fact that i couldnt even play my downloaded games when the service was down. Pretty shocking and probably not legal! Any solicitors online to see wht the law says?
It all is really piss poor. Surely they would have known there were network issues before delaying the October ps update specifically for Driveclub. Oh well in the meantime i think i'll log on to the other eu psn classic Counter Strike Global Offensive. Oh wait a minute.....
