In case you missed it, one of 2025's biggest hits — Peak — is heading onto PS5 at last. As it turns out, this isn't the only so-called "friendslop" game bound for Sony's console in the near future.

Friendslop is a term coined to describe a particular brand of online co-op games, with Peak being a great example. Others might include things like Content Warning, or even Escape the Backrooms — basically any co-op game with a lower budget that's built for chaos.

Well, PS5 looks set to get a couple more soon — let's go over them quickly.

RV There Yet? - 29th October 2026

Originally launched on PC last year, RV There Yet? is a co-op game for up to four players that's all about driving an RV, obviously, along a perilous route through the country.

You need to work together to navigate, make repairs, and so on as you try to rejoin Route 65. There's an element of survival as you'll need to eat and stay healthy, but there are threats like dangerous animals that can take you down if you're not careful.

There's no specific trailer for the PS5 release, but it's heading our way on 29th October, so it's very close indeed.

Pratfall - Early 2027

Pratfall launched earlier this year on PC, and while it doesn't seem as popular as Peak or even RV There Yet?, it looks to offer up a similar sense of irreverent fun.

Pratfall is a co-op game in which your dog has fallen down a hole, and your mission is to rescue the poor pup — but it turns out the hole leads to a complex network of underground tunnels and caves.

You'll need to dig down, use ropes and ziplines, light the way with flares, eat to top up your health, and so on as you delve ever deeper.

This one, published by Daedalic Entertainment, is planned for an early 2027 release, and it'll feature full crossplay support.
