There are vanishingly few true PS5 exclusive games, and I suppose you could say Demon’s Souls doesn’t technically count as it’s a remake.

Nevertheless, this is one of the titles Sony never officially ported to PC, and it’s a masterpiece.

While dev FromSoftware has undoubtedly iterated on the formula it introduced in this iconic action RPG, the original still holds a special place in my heart. And I loved the work Bluepoint did bringing it to the PS5. (RIP, guys!)

Now the game has hit its lowest-ever price on the PS Store, and if you’re in the US, you can get a particularly good deal.

The Digital Deluxe Edition, which bundles in a bunch of bonus items, is 85% off – making it an impulse price purchase of just $13.49! That’s cheaper than the standard edition, which is $17.49.

UK gamers can still purchase the game cheaper than ever before, but the deal is less compelling: £29.69 for the Digital Deluxe Edition and £34.99 for the standard edition.

I think if you’re in the US you should absolutely buy Demon’s Souls for this price – even if you’re on the fence. The game is absolutely worth $13.49, and is undoubtedly one of the best PS5 games to date. (Crazy that it was available at launch.)
