by It has been announced that Path of Exile 2 will hit 1.0 on 11th December 2026 following a year of Early Access. At this point, the Diablo-esque title will go free-to-play, completely shedding its current price point. See it in action in the trailer above.
Anyone interested in the release, either new to the game or a returning player, can sign up to receive in-game rewards on the official website.
Since the early access launch, Grinding Gear Games has been constantly updating the sequel while still working on the first Path of Exile game. While concrete details weren't shared, the 1.0 update will presumably come with new content and updates.

Hyped for it, I hope they fix most of the audio issues and lag during coop though.
I played EA for almost two years, many things must be tweaked but it's a great game overall. Everyone should try it out in December, for that "price" it's a must.
@Nepp67 the lag could be quite distracting but I've never experienced sound issues whilst playing with others. Wicked game and so much better than D4.
@Northern_munkey Me and my friends would experience the audio issues so frequently and especially during its early access release. It happened whenever me and another friend were using our abilities pretty frequently. I was using the Huntress at the time and just sending out electric whirlwinds a lot of the time.
Still though I love the game and Monk became my favorite class dyring the second season and was just destroying everything with it. Excited to play as the greatsword user and assassin!
