SEGA's bringing back one of its best-loved series with Crazy Taxi: World Tour, and while it includes all the single player content you'd expect, it also comes packed with online multiplayer features.
That's the focus of this new trailer, which shows a quick look at multiple cabbies competing for fares:
Played to Bad Religion's Ten in 2010, a classic from the original game's soundtrack, the trailer shows multiple playable characters, like Axel, B.D. Joe, Gus, and Gena, racing around the San Francisco-inspired map.

It's not said what modes are being shown off here, but just the idea of competitive Crazy Taxi is interesting enough.
The trailer also promotes the upcoming closed network test, which you can sign up for up until 31st August. If you get in, you'll be able to take the multiplayer for a spin yourself.

I think the rest of the cast look cool, but I can’t gel with Gena’s new design. She looks too “nice” for the lack of a better word.
Interesting choice of music, especially given that it was in 2010 that Axel's cab got smashed up by an asteroid on a trip to an interstellar amusement park...And we knew he was there because Dr. Eggman read out the cab's license plate number over the intercom...
"take me to tower rekkads!"
