There aren't too many games launching for PSVR2 these days, but every now and then PlayStation will promote one on the PS Blog or its YouTube channel.
A recent case is I'm Having a Bad Day, coming soon to PSVR2. Here's the trailer:
The game appears to be entirely about laying waste to the environment in which you inhabit. It seems to understand that smashing things up in games is always fun, and has built itself around that ethos.

"Step into the world's most chaotic reality show and discover the joy of physics-driven destruction," reads the official blurb. "Smash your way through colourful cartoon environments, complete fast-paced challenges, unlock new tools, and create spectacular mayhem in the VR game where breaking everything is the whole point."
The game features various locations ready to be destroyed, such as an office, supermarket, and a gym. You'll have plenty of toys with which to smash stuff up, and you'll need to get creative if you're to beat the game's challenges.
It seems like a neat, score-based experience; hopefully it makes the most of PSVR2's bells and whistles, using haptic feedback in the controllers and the headset to fully immerse you in the chaos.
There's no date for I'm Having a Bad Day just yet, but it's described as "coming soon" in the trailer description.

I hope the tens of tens of PSVR2 owners will enjoy this game!
(I kid, I kid)
Game looks trash tbh
I guess the PlayStation Store is only purging flat slop.
Agreed! Looks utterly crap! Won’t be dusting off my PSVR2 for that.
I mean, I could see this game being useful for many after getting into debates on this website, myself included haha.
On a serious note though, it’s not quite what I’d like to see from PSVR2 at this point, no.
These games are what I bought PSVR2 day-one for over 500 euros for.
I'm waiting on flatout vr and the postal remake from flat to vr studios. Their games are damn good.
That looks absolutely awful 😃
The theme music is also a good reason to stick pencils in my ears😃
Thank goodness for Steam VR and the PC adapter
I literally only bought a psvr2 for GT7 and I upgraded to the ps5 Pro too but I've purchased arizona sunshine remake and lumines arise and they are really good especially lumines. No man's sky is just superb too. Its a shame the psvr2 isn't supported more but I feel I've more than gotten my moneys worth just with GT7 alone.
I am pretty sure that even the name if the game will be memed in the YouTube comments. PSVR 2 seems more abandoned from Sony than even the Vita was back in the day.
It’s good for studios to do what Sony won’t (i.e. make games for its own system). Looks fun!
PSVR 2 is dead.
Yet I haven't sold mine. There are still enough experiences within my games library to make me not want to part with it.
I guess if it's not compatible with PS6, then I'd have no choice but to offload it.
It may not be for me (as much as I loved Donkey Kong Bananza, it wasn't because of all the smashing), but as someone who got a PSVR2 just a few months ago, it is nice to see that stuff is still being made for it.
@Dogbreath as long as the ps6 is backwards compatible with ps5 I see no reason it wouldn't work with psvr2, unless USB-C becomes outdated somehow. Though at that point I suspect no games for psvr2 will be made anymore. Like how you can still use the psvr1 on ps5 but no new games are being made for it
@Reeneman It's definitely not a masterpiece of gaming. Problem with VR is not even crapware wants to touch it. So, any game winds up being front page news. Having said that, who hasn't wanted break a bunch of crap when they are having a bad day?
@tselliot to be honest drunken bar brawl game looks like it could be the perfect wind down game after work sometimes..who's not wanted to hit their gaffer/annoying co worker with an Ash tray?
@PloverNutter a usb-c port means nothing, usb-c ports have different data rates and the usb-c port of a ps5 delivers more power. Typical usb-c ports like those on PCs are not good enough to drive psvr2 without the adapter. Also there is special circuitry in the ps5 which make dfr more efficient, but which is useless for flat screen games. I think it would be stupid of sony to remove psvr2 support and also kill that library. But, for bean counters that may not be relevant.
Same thoughts as before. They need to bring back PS Home to get people into PSVR2. Half VRchat it to get people through the door, demo the hell out of it with custom games and features in the game's world, and then also add some parts of existing VR games. It all goes a long way once people actually have a headset.
And even without the VR stuff, Home has a ton of potential so I hope they get back to it.
@PloverNutter I'm a bit concerned as it only works with that specific USB C port which I understood connects directly to the GPU in some way?
That may not carry over to the PS6 as:
1, the hardware may be different
2, Sony may think VR is toast outside of niche PC use
3, it isn't worth the cost of supporting it given the issues with price already
4, the next headset, if there is one, will be wireless.
@PloverNutter
I’m not dealing with the Moves, camera, adapter and other crap just to maintain my PSVR library. Unless there was a PSVR2 upgrade, those games are dead to me.
The trailer looks nice (made on a budget but Im fine with that) but I need to see more. As with most ‘smash the world’ games there isn’t going to be much depth but if it’s varied in terms of the tools and settings and the price is low I’ll pick it up.
@lacerz
As amazing as Astro Bot: RM was, it's showing it's age purely in terms of PSVR1's low resolution(Putting aside the cumbersome octopus-wired crazys setup, move controllers and stupid PS4 Camera resting on a TV), but it's still a phenomenal experience nonetheless. Still, I'm not into collecting old dated VR headsets, i want RM and the following below on PSVR2, but it aint happening.
Ocean Descent from PSVR Worlds, Everybody loves Golf, Resident Evil 7, Monsters of the Deep(Final Fantasy Fishing), Skyrim VR, RE7's 'Kitchen'(demo disc 3). All left for dead on PSVR1, and should of been there day one at launch, with PSVR2 opitmization in check as an additional fee.
This is old news, and has been said numerous times. but how could they not release Rescue Mission & RE7, including that magnificent Ocean/Great Shark cage dive with PSVR Worlds 'Ocean Descent' It's completely insane. Clearly the leadership/or team changed at the last minute and proper funks' weren't given towards PSVR2.
Looks crap! Would not purchase.
This is the kind of sh*t we got, back in 2016-2018, for PCVR. Back then I dreamed about all the epic AAA games we would get in the future. And it was promising for a while, with Half Life Alyx, Insomniac's excellent Stormlands, and on PSVR, the amazing Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Battlezone VR etc. The future looked bright, but then it crashed and burned. No more AAA, and 90% of VR games are still gimmicky indie crap, with "Wii" looking graphics. Much thanks to Oculus/Meta, turning it into trash for the casual gamers, who only bought it for Beat Saber...
I thought Sony would give it a proper boost, with PSVR2, but nope...
Didn't even bother patching/porting their PSVR1 games, for the new headset and controllers.
I've given up on VR.
And to be honest, the wow factor wore off quickly.
