Based on everything that's been shown so far, it's fair to say that Echoes of Aincrad: Sword Art Online is the most ambitious Sword Art Online game yet. At the very least, it's got the biggest budget of the bunch.
And so it'll be interesting to see how well its playable demo is received. Said demo's going to launch for PS5 next week, on Tuesday the 16th June.
This is ahead of the full game's release on the 10th July. It'll be here before you know it.
There's no word on what this demo is going to include, but I assume it's the same slice of fairly early-game adventure that's been on show at recent media briefings.
Speaking of which, Echoes of Aincrad's been getting some really positive previews. The press have been praising the RPG's more open-ended exploration, and its focus on partner-based action.

It sounds like the combat could do with a few tweaks to make it a bit more impactful, but overall, there's some genuine excitement behind this one.
