007 First Light Is Fully Playable on PS5 Now If You Pre-Ordered from PS Store 1

Those of you who pre-ordered 007 First Light from the PS Store can play the game in its entirety right now, 24 hours ahead of the game’s official release date.

That’s because Danish dev IOI has upgraded all digital pre-orders to the Deluxe Edition, at no extra cost.

The perks of the Deluxe Edition, available for $69.99/£59.99, include:

Usually Early Access costs extra money, so it’s interesting to see IOI try to incentivise digital purchases like this.

We highly recommend the game based on what we’ve played so far, with my colleague Stephen Tailby describing it as “highly entertaining” in his 007 First Light PS5 review.

If you purchased it physically, you may need to wait for your copy to be delivered tomorrow, although I suspect Blu-rays delivered early will be fully unlocked alongside the digital release.
