Armor King has been fully revealed for Tekken 8, and he looks fantastic.
Bandai Namco has really doubled down on the brutality of his moves — especially his wrestling grapples and throws. Even his combos have been given a bone-breaking makeover. He's almost guaranteed to be a hit amongst players when he launches on the 17th October (or the 14th October, if you own the current season pass).
There's a downside to Armor King looking so sick, though, in that he's completely overshadowed the next character reveal. Arriving in winter, Miary Zo is a brand new, original Tekken fighter from Madagascar.

We only get a brief glimpse of Miary at the end of the trailer, but we can't help but feel a bit underwhelmed. Again, it might just be the aftereffect of Armor King, but she looks pretty bland, doesn't she? Hopefully her eventual gameplay video gets us onboard.
