My Hero's Academia: All's Justice PS5 Goes All-In on the Anime's Final Season 1

The newly announced My Hero Academia: All’s Justice will go all-in on the climactic final season, promising a campaign that will deliver all the thrills and spills of the source material from a new perspective.

While no release date has been confirmed, publisher Bandai Namco is once again working with My Hero One’s Justice developer Byking on this project.

Here’s the official blurb from the press release:

“Smash through My Hero Academia‘s final story arc and triumph over your foes in spectacular 3v3 battles! Follow Deku and the journeys of other characters in the Final War between Heroes and Villains, and experience the world-shaking, climactic clash between One for All and All For One in My Hero Academia: All’s Justice!”

For those of you not familiar with the anime – or, indeed, the manga which inspired it all – the story is set in a fictional future where humans have developed superpowers named Quirks.

In this game you’ll have access to the entirety of Class 1-A, the main protagonists from the source material, while all of their Quirks will be presented as part of a refined battle system.

Speaking as part of the Bandai Namco Summer Showcase, producer Aoba Miyazaki explained:

“We’ve crafted the battle system to be intuitive and accessible so both anime enthusiasts, game aficionados, or anyone can experience the thrill of Quirk battles, where strategy meets action. Engage in intense battles, where you’ll form teams of up to three characters, and seamlessly chain together attacks by switching between them. With the new ‘Rising’ system, you can significantly boost the power of your character by unleashing their full potential.”

As we already mentioned, there’s no release date attached to the title, but the final season of the My Hero Academia anime is due out in October, and we’d expect this game to release alongside that. You can probably expect it before Christmas at the latest then.
