James Bond, Silent Hill Among the Biggest Winners at State of Play 1

While it’s far from a scientific demonstration of overall interest, it’s always fun to see which trailers from the latest State of Play proved the most popular on PlayStation’s official YouTube channel.

The numbers across the board are incredible for this year’s show by the way, with 2.7 million watching the English livestream as it aired. A further 247k watched in Japanese, while an additional 512k enjoyed with subtitles. That’s a lot of people!

As always, we’re not taking into account mirrored uploads here. That actually has had a huge impact on Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, as the Marvel Entertainment upload went out immediately, while PlayStation’s own version took a few hours to emerge. It got 1.4 million views so far on Marvel Entertainment’s upload, which has ultimately stunted Sony’s version.
