The conclusion to Street Fighter 6’s second season is close, and here’s your first look at returnee Elena, who first debuted in Street Fighter III: New Generation. She’ll join the fracas from 5th June, alongside the newly announced Fighters Edition of the game.

While this trailer doesn’t feature any of the new challenger’s gameplay, we do get to see her introduction in World Tour, which as flamboyant as you’d expect.

“Like a meerkat, stay alert and keep an eye out on our channels for her gameplay trailer coming soon,” the Japanese publisher says.

You’ll be able to purchase Elena a la carte with Fighter Coins, or she’ll be available as part of the Year 2 Pass, which also includes Terry, Mai, and Akuma.

One other detail worth picking up on here is the new Africa stage, which looks like it could be a lot of fun to fight in.

Capcom’s said that it’s going to make various improvements for Street Fighter 6’s third season, including a faster rollout of outfits and improved Battle Passes. We’re looking forward to Elena launching so we can see what’s next for the game.
