The First Berserker: Khazan developer Neople has announced overnight its upcoming PS5 action game has gone gold, meaning work on the 1.0 version is now complete and can be pressed to discs. With the game not out until 27th March 2025 (or 24th March with the Deluxe Editon), the team will likely turn its attention to a day one patch.
On Twitter, the official account said: "The journey to release is almost complete, and we can’t wait for you to experience the world we’ve built on March 27. Thank you for all the support — next stop, launch day!" Based in the Dungeon & Fighter universe, the action RPG spin-off plays a lot like Dark Souls, with a more linear approach. That's at least based on the PS5 demo, which is still available to try on the PS Store now.

The demo was a really good time, so I'm excited for this.
I'm looking forward to this and AI Limit to scratch that Soulslike itch for me.
I'm intrigued to see what players actually feel, because the build up seemed to have a lot of red flags - Like having a CGI trailer at The Game Awards just a few months before release when the previews had mostly been negative.
The demo did absolutely nothing for me so I'll be skipping this one, but I hope it turns out well.
I hope this turns out well. I’d like to see this game succeed. I’ll probably pick it up on a sale even if the game isn’t well received, but I have a feeling it’ll be a solid game.
I'm enjoying the demo atm. It's not super easy, but not as difficult as a FromSoftware game either, and the parry is very forgiving in a way that makes the combat flow nicely.
It feels like Entry Level Souls to me.
Yes..I'm definitely having this as i loved the demo and I recommend playing it if you haven't yet..its a very generous size demo too.
