We've been anticipating Frostpunk 2 for quite some time, and we haven't had relevant (to PlayStation players) news in a while. Thankfully, there's some light on the horizon this morning: 11 Bit Studios has provided an updated roadmap, which confirms that the frosty survival strategy game's console launch is set for Summer 2025.
After it was released on PC last year, Frostpunk 2 recouped its entire production and marketing costs in just three days, an impressive feat for any game. It's clear that the sombre strategy game has struck a chord, and we can't wait to get stuck in.

If you didn't know, the series revolves around the remnants of humanity attempting to survive a global natural apocalypse and the very real ways in which people will do anything they can, at any cost, just to survive. Players are forced to make some truly ghastly narrative decisions along the way, and will need to harden their hearts in order to get the most of their long-suffering people.
