2K promised it would be bringing a new entry to one of its biggest and most beloved franchises, and that all-new game is Civilization VII. Confirmed for PS5 and PS4, you can see the announcement trailer above. It's releasing in 2025.
The trailer doesn't feature any gameplay, but you can look forward to the first glimpse at the experience in August. "The award-winning strategy game franchise returns with a revolutionary new chapter. Sid Meier's Civilization VII empowers you to build the greatest empire the world has ever known!"

Obviously not fussed about it not being on PS5 as I’d rather play on PC but I’m up for another one, they’re always worth playing. I wasn’t huge on VI so I hope it’s more like V or IV personally.
Honestly shocked by the PS4 version, but in a good way. Will definitely purchase this at some point!
@Mustoe It not being an RTS makes it easier to play with a controller!
