After an extended build up, Capcom has peeled back the curtain on Street Fighter 6’s crossover with Spy X Family Code: White – but the results haven’t left fans feeling waku waku. Effectively, the crossover amounts to a couple of avatar outfits for protagonists Loid and Yor Forger, allowing you to cosplay as the characters in the fighting game. There are some avatar recipes too, but they don’t really resemble the heroes from the hit anime.

Fortunately, there are a few other free goodies to look forward to, like photo frames, stickers, and player titles; you’ll be able to claim these by logging in during the event period, which is scheduled to run from 9th January through 31st January. And you’ll also be able to enjoy a revamped Battle Hub lobby while the crossover is taking place. It’s not an awful collaboration, then, but we suspect many were anticipating a few new in-game skins rather than these lower effort avatar options.
