Roblox, much like Fortnite, is effectively its own platform these days. Therefore, it doesn’t really need Trophies like a traditional game. However, we’re never going to say no to some additional gongs, and that’s exactly what Roblox has added in its latest PS4 update. There are only eight trinkets to unlock so don’t get overly excited, but it’s better than the none it launched alongside.
In truth, these Trophies won’t take you more than a few hours to unlock. You’ll receive awards for editing your avatar, trying out up to 15 different experiences, and racking up an hour of play. Two trinkets require you to be a social butterfly, so you’ll need to create a PSN Party and join a game, and also play something with three of your friends.
All in all, it’s an extremely simplistic list, but it’s interesting that it’s been added post-release. Roblox has quickly become one of the PS4’s most played games, so we suspect Sony is eager to work with the developer to improve the experience as much as possible. Adding Trophies at least makes it feel like it’s part of the PlayStation ecosystem properly now.

Trophy challenges can be extremely inventive, fun, and encourage you to get the most out of your time with a game. These trophies, however, are of the very worst kind and add absolutely nothing to the experience.
Off topic, sort of, but the Top Racer Collection trophies are also up. Gutted it’s been delayed to 7th March though.

Did they implement them using child labor?
I don't mind simple trophies but I agree these seem lazy and simple without any thought put into them.
