Devolver Digital has just put out a new trailer for Cult of the Lamb: Sins of the Flesh, the game's largest post-launch DLC update so far. Amid a brief preview of gameplay, we get a release date, and it's not far off, arriving on 16th January, 2024.

The game made waves on social media at the end of last year when it began teasing Sins of the Flesh, but it seems the update won't be quite so nefarious as was suggested. One major new aspect being brought to the table is follower relationships, which may turn into romance and, potentially, offspring. Yes, your smitten cult members will be able to procreate, laying an egg which you can then nurture into a hatchling and recruit it to your cause.

That's far from all, though. The update introduces the Tailor, which will allow cultists to dress up in 23 different outfits. Additionally, Sins of the Flesh revamps how your followers level up, adds new progression systems and complexity to the management side of the game, and new features that'll make your time keeping your cult in order much easier. There's more detail over on the PS Blog.
