Batman: Arkham Knight is being updated next month with the suit worn by Robert Pattinson in last year's film The Batman. Arriving on 15th December 2023, the suit will actually be available first in the new Nintendo Switch version of Batman: Arkham Trilogy, but will then be offered as a free download to PS4 players and PS5 owners using backwards compatibility.
The addition of The Batman suit pushes the number of alternate costumes in Batman Knight to 24, though some PC players already had access to this latest one via an unintended update to the version on the Epic Games Store. A few months later, it'll be available officially to all.
Released in June 2015, the PS4 game concluded the Batman: Arkham trilogy and was awarded an 8/10 in our Batman: Arkham Knight PS4 review. "It's a superior game that plays brilliantly, and certainly stands in a league of its own in the Arkham line-up for the most part, but it simply doesn't leave your jaw agape like Arkham City seemed to manage with such ease and finesse."
A whole eight years later, developer Rocksteady is preparing to release its next game in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Despite the change in lead characters, the PS5 title is still set in the Batman: Arkham universe. Will you take The Batman suit for a quick spin in Arkham Knight next month?
