Marvel's Spider-Man 2 PS5 Info Will Be Revealed at San Diego Comic-Con

Maybe it's just me, but I don't want anymore Spider-Man 2 information. I want to go into the game with as little knowledge as possible so that there's more surprises for me.

@bpomber ignore all the news articles and trailers, I did the same with FFXVI, makes you go into the game with everything new.

I think it looks like it will turn out as an interesting game. But yeah only time will tell I guess.

If they're planning a State of Play for it close to release then I doubt to much will be teased at the San Diego Comic-Con. Do agree about seeing to much of it though, be nice to see many of the new big action scenes for the first time when actually playing it rather than being shown and teased most of it beforehand. A good idea is to not watch these teases or SoP live and wait after instead to see what people say about it to find out if they show to much or not

@bpomber this is how I approach every piece of media I’m interested in. I don’t even watch movie trailers. The most I’ll do is play a game demo if it’s available.

@AhmadSumadi I'm the same way. The only movie trailers I'll watch are movies that I don't know anything about at all. This way I can get an idea of what the movie is like to judge if I'll like it. If I at least know the general idea of the movie, then I'll avoid the trailers. Same thing for games.

@bpomber obviously sonys gonna hype spiderman 2 up as if it needs Any it doesn't lol but because xbox's big game starfield is coming before it sony wants some of the extra hype but I guess ubisoft isn't worried there releasing assassins creed around the same time as spiderman 2

I know playstation showcase wasn't the best but maybe was a tactic from sony they did what they did played 1 hand then xbox showcase played there two full hands but they Really needed too because there behind but that's great i own both consoles can't wait for starfield anyways point is maybe was tactic thinking so now xbox played there full hands basically playstation does a 2nd showcase or state of play late October after spiderman 2 out they reveal updates on the other exclusives for 2024 few new reveals and 3rd party games like Red dead redemption remake and GTA6
