With next week's PlayStation Showcase now confirmed, Sony executives have started to put out their hype tweets. Case in point: Christian Svensson, the head of global third-party relations at the firm, says we can look forward to "some great games, big and small, from all over the world". Since Sony hasn't provided any guidance as to what specific titles will be at the show, Sevensson's open-ended tease could cover pretty much anything and everything.
Marvel's Spider-Man 2 seems like a very safe bet — gameplay along with a release date is likely — and The Last of Us Multiplayer is another good option. Outside of those two, though, the floor is essentially being left to Sony.
Of course, there are strong rumours a Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater remake is in the works, and all the signs point to it getting announced during the PlayStation Showcase. And when Svensson mentions smaller titles, promising indie projects like Little Devil Inside and Pacific Drive come to mind. Can you think of much else? Share some predictions in the comments below.
