Another big update for Sifu is on the way, and it just got a confirmed release date. Launching on the 28th March, the action title's 'Arenas Expansion' adds a new range of combat challenges.
"With 9 new locations and 45 merciless challenges spread over 5 game modes, the Arenas Expansion is packing up to 10 extra hours of gameplay into the already demanding title," reads the official description. You can catch some of these fresh environments in the trailer above.
It's another in what has become a long line of free updates for Sifu. Developer SloClap's support has been impressive, and this content drop looks to be a potential banger for those who still dip into the brutal martial arts brawler.
Will you be punching your way back into Sifu for this one? Simply don't get hit in the comments section below.
This was my #3 GOTY behind Elden Ring & Ragnarok. Looking forward to new content!
The progression system in this smashes the likes of returnal and souls games imo just brilliant
@Dloki Don’t think they’re comparable to be honest. Returnal did a good job of opening up shortcuts and adding new powerups. Plus it was a narrative choice
I understand your point just I'm having more fun with sifu and in that feel more rewarding
Sweet. The support has been insane and fact its free is impressive.
These Devs really need to make a Matrix game or a game based on The Raid films.
(May Be) Any chance of being added in ps extra April line up as new update on 28th
@anon_pel222 I could see Sifu coming to PS+ Extra later in 2023.
