Announced all the way back at Sony's Future of Gaming event for the PS5 in 2020, Goodbye Volcano High will launch on PS5, PS4 on 15th June 2023. A new trailer confirms it, which also shares a fresh look at gameplay and the story. What do you think of this latest glimpse? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

Liam grew up with a PlayStation controller in his hands and a love for Metal Gear Solid. Nowadays, he can be found playing the latest and greatest PS5 games as well as supporting Derby County. That last detail is his downfall.

@Danloaded I am not a fan, either. It's like the whole thing was exported from some angsty teen's DeviantArt page.

It might tell an amazing story - but I can't get past the ridiculousness of the character design.

@Danloaded Because dinosaurs got extinct like the characters in this game as well. It's pretty obvious the characters being dinosaurs is a must for the story.

If the plot is good enough then I think I’m going to really enjoy this, but I think I’ll be waiting to see what the reviews are like first. Voice acting, music and art seem on point though so fingers crossed!

People say it looks bad how does it look bad? I think this looks even better then before. I can understand its not everyone's taste but it doesn't look bad not even close. The music and the voice acting look really good.

@Flaming_Kaiser Yeah, I don't think this looks terrible at all. People are being WAY too harsh on this just because of the style and vibe it's going for.

@Danloaded Dinosaurs are awesome obviously, my inner child is very thrilled about this game. Dinos go RAWR !

@UnusedBabyWipes I'll definitely play the game at launch if it's included with PS Plus! Otherwise I'll be waiting for a 50% off sale or cheaper, depending on the price.

@RBMango @Flaming_Kaiser @SegaBlueSky @Jackpaza0508 While I can definitely understand some of the criticism, I do agree alot of the internet's overreaction is unnecessary.

Here's hoping the game ends up reviewing well for what it is, at least a 6 or 7?

@KidBoruto It looks nice with a lot of effort put in i like it a lot. If i look at the latest liveservice garbage from Rocksteady that took 8 years or something this will hopefully destroy it.
