Slow life RPG Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg will launch on 13th July – and the Digital Deluxe Edition will come with the PS1 original included. At least, that’s the case in Japan; we’re still trying to get confirmation of whether this offer will extend to the Western releases as well. Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg first launched on PS1 in 1997, but was never localised internationally.

In Japan at least, the Digital Deluxe Edition will cost ¥8,580 (~$63), and will include 33 bonus costumes, an additional background music pack, and the aforementioned PS1 port. Those who purchase the standard version either physically or digitally will be able to pay the difference to access the aforementioned additional content at any time.

For those of you who haven’t been following this title, Atelier Marie Remake is – as the name implies – a full modern remake of the 1997 original which includes some new gameplay elements, such as an unlimited mode and more guided progression for those who need it.
