One of the PS Plus Extra games for the month of September was beloved indie title Chicory: A Colorful Tale. While it was great to see the cute adventure game join the service, it was a little unfortunate to see only the PS4 version was included. Thankfully, the PS5 version is now available on Extra.
We noticed this a couple of days ago, but thought it was worth highlighting. Though the two versions of the game will be largely identical, the PS5 build does have its own benefits. Faster loading and support for DualSense's features make it a slightly better experience, so it's nice to have that version on Plus.

Glad I waited now. Faster loading is always good. Not that these cross gen games truly take full advantage.
I actually downloaded the PS4 one about a week ago but haven't even started it. Guess I'm downloading it again.
I’m considering giving this game a try. It has received high praise in the Push Square 9/10 review as well as from other players.

Didn’t even know the ps5 version wasn’t available. I installed it yesterday and have been playing it all day today and I’ve almost finished it.
The haptic feedback and force feedback in this game are great.
@Voltan i'm in the same situation too, have to redownload the ps5 version!
Just got the platinum on for the PS4 version. Nice little game, very buggy. Could play for hours then sometimes would crash on launching from child start. Odd. But had a good auto Dave so never lost any progress.
Awesome news! I added the PS5 version to my library, looking forward to trying it out eventually.
