Horizon Forbidden West PS5 PS4

Guerrilla Games has today shared a brief look behind the curtain of Horizon Forbidden West with a new story trailer, but it has also confirmed some Hollywood stars have joined the game's cast to lend a voice to a few of the new characters.

In an interview with Game Informer, it's confirmed brand new character Tilda — who you can catch a brief glimpse of at the end of the story trailer — is voiced by The Matrix star Carrie-Anne Moss. Another new face, who is actually going to be one of Aloy's main antagonists, is Regalla. She will be voiced by Angela Bassett, who plays Queen Ramonda in Black Panther.

Speaking to the site, senior writer Annie Kitain says Moss' character Tilda has a special connection to the past. "She's someone who we look forward to players unravelling the secret of what she's all about." Narrative director Benjamin McCaw then confirms Bassett's character Regalla will be one of Aloy's biggest enemies in Horizon Forbidden West. "Aloy's going to fight Regalla's forces throughout the game and she will fight Regalla, as well."
