Teased earlier in the month, Behaviour Interactive has now unveiled Dead by Daylight’s newest killer: The Artist. A Chilean painter followed by a mysterious murder of crows, the surrealist ends up being maimed due to her work exposing local corruption. However, when she’s abducted by The Entity, she’s twisted into a grotesque “vessel of vengeance”.

She’ll be accompanied by a fellow South American: survivor Jonah Vasquez, a CIA codebreaker who’s followed all his life by a string of numbers, which eventually lead him to a Chilean graveyard. Both new arrivals will be playable as part of the Portrait of a Murder add-on this month, with a new map, The Forsaken Boneyard, set to be available for everyone.

“Portrait of a Murder is Dead by Daylight going back to its roots: an original story and universe, set in mystery, dark fantasy, and fear,” creative director Dave Richard revealed. “The new characters are also unique and diverse, which is part of our DNA, and representative of our playerbase.” The content will cost $7.99.
