Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut is just two days away from its launch on PlayStation 5 and PS4, so it's now time for a flashy launch trailer to remind you what this expanded re-release is all about. Of course, the new Iki island expansion is the centrepiece of the Director's Cut, adding a brand new location to explore just off the coast that contains a new story and enemies. Pre-orders are available now on the PS Store, but if you want to upgrade to the PS5 version, you'll have to wait for the actual release day to roll around before the option becomes available.

The launch trailer itself is only 60 seconds long, but it houses glimpses of the new area, touches on the pre-existing free Legends multiplayer expansion, and provides a quick rundown of what the Director's Cut has to offer. That includes PS5-specific features such as haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and Japanese lip sync. If you'd like to learn even more, be sure to check out our recent interview with developer Sucker Punch Productions.

Will you be playing Ghost of Tsushima for the first time with this Director's Cut, or maybe you're planning a replay? Either way, let us know in the comments below.
