Here's a little game that may have passed you by. In Rays of the Light released on PlayStation 5 and PS4 earlier this week on 17th March, and going by this trailer, it looks as though it might be worth a shot.
As far as we can tell, it seems to be an eerie, exploration based title that has you solving puzzles in the ruins of a nuclear disaster. The official description calls it an "atmospheric author’s parable about our place in this world, life, and death". First person games like this are relatively common, but there's something about this one. That final shot of the plane hanging in the air is bizarrely creepy.

The game is available now for $7.99 / €7.99 / £6.49. Have you played In Rays of the Light on PS5 and PS4? Wander into the comments section below.

Looking rather creepy. Just bought it for PS5.
Looks like my kind of game, downloading it now!
Looked at this last week and forgot what it was called, cheers.
$7.99 you say? I can do that...
Yea I seen the trailer for this a few days ago and was intrigued.
Love that price! Lol. Definitely looks interesting, looking forward to it
@GoodGame is it 60fps on ps5?
Looks like a Everyone’s Gone to the Rapture thing. Intriguing.
Could do with a change, picked this up.
@Dishonored29 Don't think so
Is it any good then? It’s almost free at £6
Nice pick. Looks pretty decent. I don't expect a long game but then again I don't have much game time anyways.
Would add this to my wish list if it still existed thanks a lot Sony.
Has anyone played this? Is it any good?
Will PushSquare do a review?
Originally this game was called The Light.
It's rather good, albeit a little short, walking simulator with light horror elements.

Good that it made its way on the PlayStation.
